Bassam Sabbagh, P. ENG, MBA
Founder & Senior Advisor
Bassam has over 30 years of experience in various industries including 23 years in the aerospace sector. He has held multiple senior leadership and executive positions at Bombardier Aerospace in the areas of product development, engineering, operations & manufacturing, and product management.

Bassam has demonstrated success in leading major aerospace product development programs and large, complex organizations and plants. He has extensive knowledge of operations, engineering, program management, and supply chain integration. He has an inherent capacity to see the broad picture while digging deep into the fundamentals that drive the business.
His style is distinguished by a keen ability to bring high performing people together and building a work environment that facilitates making a difference in areas of performance, customer service, and people development. He has a proven ability to lead, mentor, manage, and negotiate at multiple levels.

With 20+ years of experience in Human Resources, Suzanne has held multiple senior-level positions in the areas of labor relations, training, international mobility. coaching, and compensation. Her mandates have often had an international dimension with large scope and complexity.

During her 15 years at Bombardier Aerospace, Suzanne led large recruitment efforts and contributed to setting up organizations in India, China, Cost Rica, and Morocco
She is the founder of CoachingCulture.ca, a non-typical consulting firm specializing in executive team coaching and creating a healthy work environment. Her approach is that of genuine concern for people with focus on enabling individuals to be their authentic self.
